1. About Us
Arambhika ("we", "us", "our") manufactures and supplies nickel-plated strip, pure nickel strip and copper busbar interconnect components used in assembling lithium-ion and LFP battery packs, for EV, e-bike, inverter and solar energy storage manufacturers. Our registered sales office is at SK-201, Sector 116, Noida, Uttar Pradesh – 201301, and our manufacturing unit (Swastik Metal Components) is at Plot No. 153, Udyog Kendra-II, Ecotech-III, Greater Noida – 201306. 2. Who We Sell To
We are a B2B (business-to-business) manufacturer and supplier. Our products are intended for battery pack manufacturers, assemblers and industrial buyers, not for individual end-consumer use. Minimum order quantities apply and are shown against each product.
3. Orders and Pricing
- Prices shown on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without prior notice, reflecting raw material cost movements.
- GST is applicable in addition to the listed price, as per prevailing rates.
- An order is confirmed only once payment is received or a quote is explicitly accepted via WhatsApp/email, as applicable.
- We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order (for example, due to a pricing error, stock unavailability, or inability to verify the order) and will refund any payment already collected for that order.
4. Payments
Payments may be collected online through our payment gateway, or offline via bank transfer/cheque, as agreed with the customer. For online payments, card and banking details are processed directly by our payment gateway provider and are not stored on our servers.
5. Delivery
- Dispatch timelines communicated to you are estimates and may vary due to production scheduling, raw material availability, or courier delays.
- Goods are dispatched through third-party transporters/couriers. Once handed over to the carrier, delivery timelines and in-transit condition are also subject to the carrier's own service standards.
- Please inspect your shipment on delivery and report any visible damage or shortage as described in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
6. Product Specifications
We manufacture to the dimensions, grade and quantity confirmed on your order/quote. Minor, industry-standard tolerances in dimensions and finish may apply. If your application requires a tighter tolerance or a specific certification, please confirm this with us in writing before placing the order.

8. Intellectual Property
The Arambhika name, logo, product photography and website content are our property (or used with permission) and may not be reproduced without our written consent.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as loss of production time) arising from a delayed, defective or incorrect shipment, except where caused by our gross negligence or wilful default.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Gautam Buddh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time; the "Last updated" date above will reflect the latest revision.
