Two-Part Silicone Potting Compound (1:1, Thermally Conductive Gel)
₹215 per KG
Minimum order 100 KG.
Overview9606 is a two-part, 1:1 mix ratio, thermally conductive silicone potting gel (Part A + Part B) for insulating and encapsulating electronic assemblies. It fills and seals cavities, protecting components from vibration and shock, and transfers heat away from electronic devices. Features & BenefitsLow viscosity for good flowability Soft, stress-relieving gel provides shock dampening Thermally conductive for heat transfer away from electronic devices UL 94 V-0 recognized (File: E488095) ApplicationsEfficient thermal transfer for cooling of electronic modules, including power supplies and battery packs. CompositionPolydimethylsiloxane matrix with thermally conductive fillers. Two part, 1:1 mix ratio. Mix Parts A and B in the correct ratio by weight or volume. Light-coloured streaks or marbling indicate inadequate mixing. Automated airless dispensing can avoid the need to de-air. If de-airing is needed to reduce voids, use vacuum above 8 inches Hg for 10 minutes or until bubbling subsides. Processing & CuringCure is rapidly accelerated by heat (30 minutes at 120°C). Addition-curing: all ingredients needed for cure are present, with no by-products. Deep-section and confined cures are possible, and cure progresses evenly throughout the material. Pot life is the time for viscosity to double after Parts A and B are mixed. Temperature RangeOperational from -45°C to 150°C for long periods. Thermal cycling to -55°C may be possible for most applications, but performance should be verified for your assembly. At high temperatures, usable life depends on time and temperature. RepairabilityThe gel can be poured into the cleaned repair area and cured. StorageStore in original packaging with the cover tightly closed to avoid contamination. Use by the expiry date on the label. Packaging25 kg per bucket, or special packaging on request. Minimum order 100 kg. Data shown is measured under specific conditions and may vary slightly in different environments. Application testing before use is advised.
